I can't believe to colossal disregard of just about every standard and the disrespect of shareholders in all this. And the stupidity. What possible outcome could be imagined other than reputations in tatters and possible prosecution? You have to wonder if a complete change in management would be enough to allow for investor confidence ever again. Truly astounding.
