RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Merger DD : Let's Talk About Dilution

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Merger DD : Let's Talk About DilutionDDD states bankruptcy is not just around the corner.  Rogg, I tend to agree with you if this doesn't go through.  But one can take their chances and reject it.

DDD keeps using the 29% number which they know is no longer accurate since the upsizings of the placement.  Even they did a bunch of calculations Oct 25 where they put SGNL receiving 35%.  (but I always feel a need to question their number and conclusions)

DDD said,
"Did you contact management to verify your "Bankcruptcy" theory? ", and, "I invite everybody to do their DD. I know it would take you some time/effort".

Well, I did contact management the other day and got a fairly quick reply.  I won't show the answer verbatim, because I did not mention that I might.  But I am confident they will respond to you similarly as they did to me.  Just ask the right questions.

I will summarize that management supports this deal.  And if it doesn't go through, there is doubt about how long they can survive into the new year.  And are not totally confident in their ability to maintain the convenants into the new year, even with the sale of Tilt Cove.
