Melida, I did not detail the DoD procurement process. I am not wrong that it includes submitting financial statements and if they have concerns about the future, it will likely include some pro-formas that may require providing some substantiating documentation for the forecasts.  Among many other things.

And the terms of the contract are not as simple as described in the news release, if you want to go that way.  Have you seen all this material?  You think every detail people are interested in will be submitted through 3-2Speak?

How do I define "working capital"?  According to the generally accepted definition.  But each party considering a transaction can start with the general definition and then make adjustments.  As you know there are various consideration behind each current asset and current liability and one can play around with what to include or exclude according their level of risk.  For example, as you should know, inventory in the current assets may not be sold at the value shown if needed to do so quickly.
