As I was saying before. It's not easy to just take on a $1B commitment. Even with a $250M to $300M kickback to us from Sprint. The Pension, the Debt assumption and even the Irish Govt pauback loan(s) are all a burden that are worth calculating. It's always preferable to just sell it to some one who is a pure play Aerostructures company.
