RE:RE:RE:Spirit, deliveries etc..

RE:RE:RE:Spirit, deliveries etc..From your info above. It looks like Airbus is the main controller of Belfast and Spirit trying to sell the half of Belfast, that it hasn't sold to Airbus.

If anyone can get along with Airbus in Belfast, it would be Bombardier. I still think that their a lot of animosity between Bombardier and Airbus over the CSeries deal for $1. So Spirit is caught between these two squabbling factions. I certainly wouldn't want to see us partner with Airbus there. It seems that Spirit sold the quality part of Belfast to Airbus. Morocco was a newer plant that Airbus picked up. However I see it, we can't win there.

I don't know what this excersize is with Lets.

When I saw Airbus's name in the mix in the article today as being a partner in Spirit too, and Boeing bailling them out. I realized that we're just fine. If these two giants want slice up Spirit and give the spoils to Bombardier for nothing plus some heavy duty cash and the ability for us to operate Spirit with minimal investment I'm just fine with it.

So Let's, what other information do you want me to share with you? If it's Belfast. Then go to 2017 through 2020 Bombardier news articles and especially the sale to Spirit, to get what you need. Cheers

MyNameIsNobody wrote: Wow! All caps panic mode again from Sham. Maybe the following will help:

There has already been more deliveries than most think.in Q4..

One aircraft has been delivered to a Canadian client.
8 aircrafts still owned by Bombardier by the end of Q3 are now owned by their intended customers, making the current total deliveries for Q4  to be 23, not 14.

As for Spirit, 859 and letsmake have already provided some info showing that Spirit is being monitored by more than just Bombardier... I believe everything will turn out just fine.. or at least ok.

No need to panic.. have a nice day.

859, very simple, I am saying there are other options than buying Belfast which seems to be a continual focus in the news and analysts.  I don't run my corporation in put all your eggs in one basket philosophy and I expect BBD to do doing the same.

I don't know why you keep saying Boeing or Airbus will sell us Belfast, its clear Boeing didn't buy it and neither did Airbus.  Spirit announced they are looking for buyers, Boeing and Airbus hasn't said that.

Boeing
"Canadian aviation manufacturer Bombardier is considering a bid for the Spirit AeroSystems plant in Belfast, Northern Ireland after it was left out of the OEM’s acquisition by Boeing

https://www.airport-technology.com/news/bombardier-considering-buying-back-belfast-factory-ceo/

Airbus

"Additionally, we are evaluating options for sites that may not be acquired by Boeing or Airbus."

https://www.spiritaero.com/news/acquisition/

Am I worried like Sham, of course not, I am not worried at all.  Am I worried about guidance and deliveries, nope, and that should be pretty clear from my past posts.

thank you for refering me to 2017 to 2020 news articles, but I am looking for something current.  I sure don't invest on 5-8 year old information.  Cheers
