GSPA shareholder (stockholder) derivative suit is a lawsuit brought by a shareholder or group of shareholders on behalf of the corporation against the corporation's directors, officers, or other third parties who breach their duties. The claim of the suit is not personal but belongs to the corporation..only activities in the past year are excessive salaries....no work programs announced, only salaries.....can shareholders put this to the exchanges and put the abouses to bed ???....time for shareholders to have a say....only my opinion.....are any law suits available to shareholders to follow thru with ???
