October Share Buybacks

Most other companies that I follow and have Buybacks have reported there October purchases. I see nothing filed yet for Reitmans. Are they really serious about the Buyback? Watching today when the shares drop to $2.50 tells me they are not. I can't figure this one out. The value tells me to buy more but I am hesitant. FYI my latest pick had a nice pop today for anyone interested ZOMD
