RE:GSP

RE:GSPsw248, the only winners ever in any lawsuit are the lawyers, as the system is designed that way even with Derivative Action.

The folks at Gsp have done nothing that would allow a judge to sanction a Class Action against the corporation as Gsp has no control over any of the numerous factors that are contributing to the strong headwinds for all potash producers.

That is why the corporate disclaimers are often longer than a press release.  CYA

They have adjusted their salaries by the looks of it to reflect the times and the current available cash on hand. This upcoming Q3 disclosure will be very telling, as they were down to the last $66.5K almost 5 months ago with a monthly approx cash burn of  just under a half a mill per Q

Someone is keeping the ship afloat, and I look forward to reading who in a couple weeks time asweare entering material status! ......................
