Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:INFLATIONThe market is a discounting mechanism. It prices and discounts in advance. If inflation is /was coming in and rates are/were getting cut it gets priced. If that environment/ narrative changes (for whatever reason) things begin to revert or reprice, ongoing. The market is anticipating the chance of inflationary pressures coming out of Trump administration which will put the Fed in a tougher position to cut. Two opposite effects to what was just recently priced. Very simple, very easy to comprehend, very much as I have advocated the last couple months. No slight of hand no agenda. We now likely muddle in the low to mid 4's on the 10 year until forces break us either way in time.
