Both Biden and Trump don't like China.  The sixty four thousand dollar question will be if Xi will order the invasion of Taiwan before Trump take office.  They control all of heavy REEs and heavies REEs magnet making.  If China cut off all exports of the heavies.  Dod will be pushing Ucore.
