RE:Back of envelope

RE:Back of envelope 9l,

Cunninghsam had/has no real $$$$$$.  If they did, we wouldnt be at 30 cents.  Yes, they would be buying, but theyre not......at least in no meanigfly way..........................only about 10% of the O/S has traded in the past few months in total!!!!!!!!!!!!

Theyre gonna need $210 million...........or close to it......

As for private parties acting on their behalf?  Not relevant here as there is no real volume on company with 450 million O/S.  But what you talk about would be a serious offence under securities lawas and regs in almost any jurisdition....

The way AMK has traded Cunningham weighted avg for obtaining all 442 million shares could be as low as 34 cents. That's only $150 mill Canadian. OR just over $110 million USD, very do-able.

Reporting requirements not needed if spread over enough private buyers. Had this experience many years ago, company was silently acquired as false information was spread that it would never happen.

We may never know what unfolds but waiting for 43 cents or another bid.

Actually thought SEA would pull the trigger on a share exchange when it traded over $25 but that missed opportunity went out the window as the stock trades down (more dilution now).
