RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Securities Law and more shadinessPatchh, my wonderful Russian friend... What are you trying to understand from the epics? Aqua Velva and reading don't go together...Everything about this sale transaction is very misleading and confusing to a layman / public shareholder (without inside info). The fact that a top Canadian securities lawyer is involved with this validates the shadiness of what's going on... How did the Debtors know to set the 100 million sale price so close to the stalking horse bid? They were in negotiations for a change of control since March 2024 or very likely much earlier than this... You think debtors pulled that number out of thin air? I'll repeat myself, Pala and Mercuria's portion of the sale isn't public which gives the illusion that this mine wasn't worth anything. If you think everything about how this company traded on the TSX was kosher, then maybe aqua velva isn't the right choice of beverage after all....again, why have a top securities lawyer is involved with this... That’s a redundant question btw - it explains why 2 knucklehead directors got shares revoked just before C-11...
