Not sure what document you're reading ventura,

but the link clearly states 11,958 shares @ $1.50.

Regardless, that would be Renah's first direct purchase of Tikray stock - and it goes nicely with the 64,000 common shares she was 'awarded' in June of 2024 - as well as the 124,378 'Restricted Shares' she was awarded in July of 2024

So Renah has at least put a little bit into the company she's supposed to be running - but nowhere near what she's getting for free.

Funny how 'longs' complain that I own no shares - when the majority of Insiders don't either - I guess neither I or insiders are confident enough in TKRY to risk our hard earned cash
