Maybe now the coil rig manager position will get deleted. What a truly waste of money especially from a company that nickel and dimes its actual hard working employees. Hey ARC, I'm not sure you are informed of how much these rig managers are making annually. But you need to come out to a location and witness complete robbery of your money going to nothing but thin air.

Imagine this: Get rid of the rig manager, get rid of their shacks, get rid of their company cell phone. Move that savings to an additional coil hand, increase productivity. Time for the boys club to expire.
