well quinlash, if you would have actually read or listenedto Biden's campaign - he said he would work to de-criminlaize cannabis and pardon those federally charged. Federal convictions are only a fraction of those in jail - who are there because they're charged under state law - something Biden has no authority over.
If amateur investors such as yourself - and incompetent CEOs like SSL and Simple Simon determined that somehow meant that the Democrats would fully legalize cannabis on January 7 2021 - that's your fault.
Lousy research and ignoring reality - Simple Simon overpaid for failing Canadian LPs with millions o of sq ft of grow space that now sits idle (or grows cucumbers). Simple Simon gave $4 billion in sales guidance for 2024 - based on incompetent 'presumptions'
There are already 40 states that have legalized - if that's what you're waiting for, then why would you invest in a foreign/Canadian cannabis company with no guarantee of access to the US regardless of legalization.
I'm not a Biden fan - but accept blame for your own incompetence, not Biden who never said he would legalize,

I was prepared for a long hold from day 1 but to be perfectly honest I thought the US would have legalized Cannabis under Biden, considering his 2020 campaign statements.
Maybe a GOP gov will do more than just talk
