Sienna Senior Living Inc. is a Canada-based senior living provider. The Company offers a full range of senior living options, including independent living (IL), assisted living (AL) and memory care (MC) under its Aspira retirement brand, long-term care (LTC), and specialized programs and services. The Company owns and operates senior living residences in the Provinces of British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Ontario. The Company owns and operates a total of approximately 82 senior living residences: 40 retirement residences (RRs) (including the Company's 50% joint venture interest in 12 residences in Ontario and Saskatchewan); 34 LTC communities; and eight senior living residences providing both private-pay IL/AL and funded LTC (including the Company's joint ownership in two residences in British Columbia). RE:RE:RE:not impressed at allI also disagree with your statement. The company has been buying back shares and introduced an employee share program.  I have been buying since 2019 and this is the first raise they have done.  They did the raise at a premium to market value at the time.  Within months of the PP they announced they were acquiring those new facilities which with add to future growth and revenue of the company.  CSH float is 271M, and SIA is at 76M, so adding 20M to the float comparatively is a drop in the bucket.  I love the way they have managed the business and have continued to keep share holder value at the precipice.  This isn't a knock against CSH, I like that company as well...just disagree with your analysis.
