This was in a National Bank note this week:

" The dividend was raised +3.4% and management made it very clear on its conference call that there was no reason to believe that the annual targeted dividend range of 7%-10% wouldn't continue for three more years starting in 2025 - presumably at lower end of range as has been the case for the past several year"

I went through the conference call and there was nothing about three years, but it would be nice.
