Paid down debt.  Improved leverage. Expect more of the same in Q4.

On the conference call in the Q&A they confirmed active NCIB starting on the 15th. To start immediately.

Macdon clearly a crown jewel.

Outperformimg competitors in all 3 segments. (Compare to Martinrea's result which had significant decrease in sales and earnings with a highly levered balance sheet).

Opportunity to increase market share with stressed suppliers.

On track for > $10 EPS in 24
