RE:Vantage DX provides Operational Savings I believe Proctor once threw a figure of about $150k savings in one of the interviews. I recall being underwhelmed thinking about the overall IT costs in the large organizations that they were servicing or targeting.
The numbers here need to be clarified. I can't envision reduction of IT support from half up to two thirds. In my organization I don't think there is any supporrr dedicated to MS Teams connectivity. Tons of other things requiring support though.
Given the paltry revenues DM Vantage is pulling in (read into it low fees per user), if such a large proportion of IT support could be reduced we would have revenues 100 times bigger by now.
If this thing works demonstrating such savings, sales folk will have one of the easier jobs in IT field.
