The quote from the lead analyst does not include that precision so I misinterpreted it. For any decision making executive, I think a quantification of the savings would have been helpful instead of going back to IT to inquire about the cost of their MS Teams IT support. Having said this, maybe the case would not make their priority list. Somehow giving examples of quantifying the cost of disruptions could, but that largely depends on what was disrupted - a call with a client regarding some sale negotiation a lot more impactful than a team's weekly update.
