ManagementIMHO. I've seen this before. Right now Signal Mgt. has power to sway shareholders, so valuable to NexG mgt. in order to get deal done. Once the deal goes through, New shareholders will most likely clean house, with the majority being from NexG. So anyone not happy with current SGNL Mgt, I would suggest, wait and see.
