The Company's Clayton Ridge project in Clayton Valley, Nevada, is comprised of 12 contiguous claims totaling approximately 248 acres. The Company has three separate claim blocks in Nevada that are prospective for lithium known as the 1,136-acre McGee Lithium Clay Project, the 124-acre Green Clay Lithium Project, and the 280-acre Elon Lithium Brine Project, covering an aggregate area of 1,540 acres. Its 3,015-acre Chibougamau project is composed of four separate claim blocks and is located in the direct vicinity of Lac Chibougamau, Quebec, Canada. Its 100-per-cent-owned Perron-East Gold Project consists of five mineral claim blocks covering 11,608 acres located in the Abitibi greenstone belt of northwestern Quebec.

RE:Very interesting Is it?  ANOTHER Johnny, or is that Jimmy or Jason, come lately?  Maybe if they announced this PRIOR to this massive move up?  Now these jokers will buy in at the top, and jeapordize their cash on hand, by gambling with it.  How does the Exchange feel about this "news"? I am not sure that this kind of "investment" is appropriate in the mandate of a "junior".  Maybe they need a COB first?  Shareholder approval?  I mean, i guess IIROC approved the announcement but...are juniors permited to buy speculative crypto?  Can anyone explain to me where the value is in this manouver?  I think it's plain dumb.
