XRE $17.93 SEPT 13I honestly didnt see any  catalyst with cuts commencing for it to be back at $15.82 two months later

the market truly humbled me but not surprising given this has happened 3 times before since 2022

why do we never learn our lesson? the opportunity to cash out was there and right in front of us
