The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. NCIB showing no signs of stopping. Clear to me what he is doing... buying exactly the amount remaining over the period from now until renewal to fully utilize NCIB; at which point NCIB renews and continues to buyback tactically depending on liquidity (depending on the size and cash required for oppertunistic deal(s)).
