Maritime Does not need to raise money

Maritime Does not need to raise money Can't anyone read their $8 million rights issue prospectus .

These funds were specifically allocated to certain planned expenditures and stated to be suffucuent unti exit 2025.

Additional funding would come from resumption of production plus conversion of warrants to cash.

In the meantime, management have advanced the timing of first HD production by over 6 months and perhaps with little additional capex.

This info was there for anyone to ferret out.

It is my posit that events are swirling around us that require our assets and services that have yet to reach finality.

Dundee is not a laissez faire investor .

NFG are changing their BOD after just announcing that they will provide a MRE and PEA by mid 2025.

It is patently obvious that their depressed share price reflects its continued existence as an explorer
funded by equity at very low prices due to naked shorting .

Early mining is the answer.

Firefly is an open book that needs Maritime assets and facilitues to be a risk averse copper producer.

Who knows when, what and who will make the first leveraging move and what its asset swath will be.

Im a patient investor, as I have no ability to change the speed of developments ..except anticipate them.

For comparison, Just  look at the disaster that is being administered to hapless Signal shareholders.
Signal even lost on its MAE investment selling at a loss to Dundee..
