These conditions indicate the existence of material uncertainties which cast significant doubt as to the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.

So what?   That is nothing new. . Here is an excerpt from their December 31, 2023 audited report  It is a legal and accounting requirement to disclose.going concern issues.

Going concern The accompanying financial statements have been prepared assuming that the Company will continue as a going concern. As discussed in Note 2 to the financial statements, the Company has negative cash flows from operations of $54.6 million and incurred a net loss of $65.2 million during the year ended December 31, 2023, and as of that date, the Company’s current liabilities exceeded its current assets by $21.0 million. These conditions, along with other matters as set forth in Note 2, raise substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern. Management’s plans in regard to these matters are also described in Note 2.
