- CVE is NO PSX in RUNNING REFINERIES BUT they are LEARNING FAST & INVESTING BIG with STATE of the ART EQUIPMENT and BEST IN CLASS PROTOCOLS

- the SAD FACT is that BP & HUSKY were INFERIOR REFINERY OPERATORS & Cenovus Energy is STILL PAYING the PRICE

- a FEW MORE refinery TURNAROUNDS & they will be RUNNING like a Swiss PRECISION WATCH

- the NEW GROWTH BOP barrels @ Narrows Lake will be COMING in about SEVEN (7) months

- MORE REFINED CRUDE PRODUCTS will be HEADING into the PREMIUM NORTEAST market in the NEAR FUTURE as the LOGISTIC CHAINS are ACTIVATED
