Purchase orders preceed revenue and that will on its own move the share price significantly out of this pattern
I don't think we will see this in the 3rd quarter report as that is material news and should be reported when it happens. They cant sit on this. I do expect purchase orders or a jv announced after the report but before year end. Either scenario will move us much higher in my opinion. Be prepared for a surprise.
