RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:DEMORALIZING TRADE OF THE DECADE

Canada will also become much more investable once JT is gone. It's been horrifying to watch capital drain from our country, our markets are considered a joke to all international investors (I don't know a single non-Canadian who invests in Canadian markets), the strengthen of our passport has diminished so much to what it once was, crime is up as much as Bitcoin, education is a disaster post-Covid according to some of my family members who are teachers, and the list goes on.

I have zero Canadian equities and I strategically and thoughtfully designed a REIT portfolio that is 50/50 US and Canadian... I'm really regretting the 50% Canadian component. Tom of H&R was brutally honest on yesterday's earnings call highlight multiple times how bad Toronto and Canada are... As mentioned on the H&R board - it's a US REIT (68% US assets) trading on a Canadian exchange and it trades nowhere near US comparables. If I'm a CEO of a Canadian publicly traded company, I would actively be looking to take all the steps required to list on a US exchange.
