Its wireline products and services comprise data (including Internet access, Internet protocol television (IPTV), cloud-based services and business solutions), voice, and other communication services and products, which are available to its residential, small and medium-sized businesses and large enterprises customers primarily in Ontario, Quebec, the Atlantic provinces and Manitoba. This segment includes its wholesale business, which buys and sells local telephone, long-distance, data, and other services from or to resellers and other carriers.

3% dilution every year with drip until build out complete

based on 30% uptake of drip , canada fibre to 8.3 million locations

looks like until 2030 with ziply for adding another 2 million locations for 3.3 million total

so about 18% dilution until finish and maybe the drip stops if payout ratios are well below 100%
