But.....it seems to me that the NAV for ENS should fall the day ENB goes x dividends.  The SP of ENB falls due to the payout of the dividend.  Since the dividends don't show in the NAV for ENS until they are booked when the dividend is paid the SP for ENS should fall x dividend ENB.

Your other post illustrates this timing issue.....ENS SP should go down x dividend ENB and often this doesn't happen and this sets the stage for Middlefield to swoop in for a raise.  As I mentioned in an earlier post, I sold some ENS today.  If investors "smarten up" and the price of ENS falls with the price of ENB, in the ne4xt couple of days, I will reload.
