DEAD MONEY

Sure you can say your in reits... collecting dividends, dripping, bringing down your ACB. FUNNY thing is I've been doing this for 3 years, trading a bit, selling tops buying back in, adding more on leverage especially in June.

I'm still net down double digits past 3 years.

And would be -50% relative to equities or opportunity cost

Having trouble seeing the benefit of this toxic asset class. Cashing out at next bounce seems very smart
