I feel pretty confident that Gaetz can get confirmed. Likely the split in the senate will be 53:47. Trump is essence challenging anyone on the Republican side to publicly go against him on his three ring circus cabinet selections. Not too many Republicans will be willing to do that right now. Most likely Collins and Murkowski could vote against. Hard to think of another 2 who would follow them.
