RE:Press Release - PHDInteresting, as I recall I suggested they do a financing at .05 or .06 two years ago or more and the boys on this board were all over me. Now they wasted 2 years and they will have to use a chunk of the financing to bring the property up to date and may have to pay penalties. Some of the money will also have to be used to pay management while they were complacent. Then of course they will likely have to pay a higher financing fee and so on.
At least, they can do a small drill program and have as much as any other to hit a good hole. Good luck boys!
