Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

I just dont see how this breaks

How could the CAD reit sector trade at the same prices when CAD rates were 125bp (soon to be 175bp at dec 11), higher and US 75bp higher (with the fact that more cuts should be coming even hawkish powell skips a month)- also with inflation beat in most countries

it doesnt make sense technically or fundentally

i really dont see how XRE doesnt hold this level, even if it slow bleeds another 1% or so

that would just be a slap in the face
