Possible scenario.....

early September co. completes fins and begins planning changes to board as keeping on existing members is not credible. Some new candidates express interest after seeing fins.

mid sept - BCSC reviews draft fins and sniffs out Crossley delinquent filings.

september 19 - Crossley files late insider reports, new board candidates will not accept position until it is fully resolved with BCSC.

sept 25 -  Storseth resigns 

Oct 11 - Beukman and Nuttall resign

Oct 31 to Nov 3 - Crossley files more late insider reports, not done yet,  new director candidates will not accept until BCSC signs off.
