RE:RE:RE:RE:Mellon Trust - Nov. 11, 2024 NI 45-102 ASDP NITocky8008,
850,000 and controls
403,957 common shares beneficially owned by the Mellon Trust. I provided no commentary of any sort for you to indicate, "Trust is not at the end of it's rope."
The filing repeatedly indicates "you propose to sell: 850,000 common shares held by" the Mellon Trust and an updated controls xxxxx common shares.
Why is the "you propose to sell" quantity not changed?
Does that make the NI 45-102F1 filing misleading or untrue?
"The information given in this form is true and complete."
Signed by P. Peter Pascali.
https://tinyurl.com/cnchtcep You refer to warrants, convertible loans, warrants. Mellon Trust controls
403,957 common shares! Nothing further is or was exercised as at Nov. 11, 2024, otherwise the control amount would be different. Any warrant(s) that were or would be exercised would be a multiple step process as would converting loan to shares and appearing on SEDI, Ceo dot ca, Canadianinsider dot com, etc re insider transactions. Hence, your reference to warrants, convertible loans, warrants is not relevant.
Good luck to All!
