Comparing BN and BPY results/earnings. It's Night and Day.Completely Different.    If you have been paying attention to past few years.  Coming on here tooting BN thinking it translates to BPY, you are delusional.  

Flatt been basically saying rates will come down YEARS, Years ago.  

Saving Grace is that Brookfield has no troubles attracting capital.    But I'm not sure if that will save BPY/BPO shareholders.
