RE:What being in Ottawa - benefits TEI - directly & indirectlyTEI doesn't need any entity to open windows for it into the Irish and Dutch markets. Ireland is in fact the company's second largest market on a per country basis. It was responsible for sales of 3.8MM in FY24. Even sales in the Netherlands were 1.9MM which were higher than the sales in Canada of 1.5MM.
As Bill often mentions, the company doesn't need any new clients. The existing clients have a thousand plus sites. What the company needs is to figure out how to convert their existing pipeline of possibile sales into firm deals in a more timely manner. That way they can break the current cycle of "inch worm growth" where they have solid growth for a year or two followed by flat or negative growth for a year or two followed by solid growth for a year or two etc.
It is clear that investors do not like to see flat or low growth at any point during the cycle.
