The Company is focused on the acquisition, exploration, discovery, and development of district-scale gold projects in the state of Wyoming. Its projects include Lewiston Gold Project, Golden Buffalo Project, Shield Carissa Property, Bradley Peak Property and Windy Flats Property. The Lewiston Gold Property is located in west-central Wyoming, south of the Wind River Mountain Range in the historic Lewiston mining district. The Golden Buffalo Project is located immediately southeast of the Wind River Mountain Range in west-central Wyoming. The Shield-Carissa Property is located in the South Pass Mining District and comprised of 204 unpatented mining claims and covers approximately 3,800 acres. The Bradley Peak Property is located in the Seminoe Mountains in central Wyoming and consists of 5,700 acres. The Windy Flats Project is located southeast of the historic Carrissa mine in the South Pass Mining District.
