The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. GIVEN MY LUCK WITH REITS

Seeing HR back in $9's, NWH $4's, I can see Manji doing some frowned upon M & A that puts unit price back in the $6's. Just having no luck with these garbage sector, one shoe and time things are unravelling in unit prices
