Acquisitions are guess work at best and as an astute poster noted, why would anyone sell at this time if the property (investment) was in good shape.
P. Ghezzi quite obviously is cleaning up financially, salary and otherwise, and will continue to lead this now small (mickey mouse) entity for as long as he sees fit to extract as much as he can. This is what
most people would do at this point after the poor economic times hit the HVAC business (clean air) and Mr. Ghezzi's timing.
New political leadership in the US and upcoming in Canada will impact negatively companies that have anything to do with emissions control or measurement.
But Bitcoin, unfortunately, is all we have left. Could be good..Hopefully until Feb....Markets are going to correct on the downside...And small caps are going to get hammered further... large caps will be down early next year in my estimation and long overdue. Maybe briefly if world situations settle...but who knows? Ghezzi is here to stay; that's for certain.
All the longs here already knew since a long time that he won't resigned (sadly...), we're stuck with him!!... And we all know also that his only concern is his own pocket!!...
