Maj. Gen, Albert C. Zapanta & U.S. IDFC & DJT Administration

Maj. Gen, Albert C. Zapanta & U.S. IDFC & DJT AdministrationWe note that during his tenure as U.S. Sectretary of Defense (January 2001 to December 2006), Donald H. Rumsfeld appointed Maj. Gen, Albert C. Zapanta Chairman of the Reserve Forces Policy Board.
I mention this because we have a Donald J. Trump as once again President elect being readied to take up his command as U.S President, having clean swept the Democratic party form political power for the next 4 years, commencing January 2025.

The appointed representatives of The U.S. International Development Finance Corporation would be, to a great extent, made to accept their direction from persons appointed by Donald J. Trump, a Republican Party President for his second non-consecutive term.
Is it now more likely that the senior advisor to the Northern Graphite Corporation board of directors, Retired, Major General Albert C. Zapanta, could tap into a newer generation, and yet always Republican, network of U.S. Government political administration Donald J. Trump appointees, so as to have expedited the consideration of Northern Graphite Corporation as a candidate for capital loans provisioned by
The U.S. International Development Finance Corporation on behalf of the U.S. Government?
It's peculiar that the company management chose to peform this LDI processing facility maintenance beginning this month and being completed by sometime in January.
We note the U.S. Presidential inauguration is occurring during January 20, 2025.
Could this be an intentionally engineered outcome in terms of schedules?
After all, I know for a fact that the incoming political administration is well expected to immediately give the green light to "drill baby drill" and also to "mine baby mine"; and we also know that
The U.S. International Development Finance Corporation, on behalf of the U.S. Government, is going to capital finance a heck of a lot more advanced critical elements mining projects found within North America (e.g. Quebec, Canada and Ontario, Canada), as well as other equally deemed to be "strategic" economically important countries (possibly even Namibia) ?
