What is the algorithm…Determining the Bla-bla posting rate.?

Imho
The Blabla Rate per day is a multiple of # of (shorters + aliases) x the # of days between NRs divided by the # of days to the AGM.

However I regard Links, Tweets and fyi as trumping blabla.!
