Mike Tyson and reits......I know I know WTF

Mike Tyson and reits......I know I know WTFSo I'm in a little tour van from hell en route to El Nido Palawan (and if you've never been, do yourself a favor and stick your finger in Google images and do see what your missing. I'll buy a round or two of cold ones to the first  one down here). We of course are so late leaving that I would have missed the fight. So I'm hot spotting from my phone to my laptop and live streaming the fight through the country side of the Philippines. Now that was totally cool, not to mention the entire van full were well happy. DZ was a rock star if only for a day. So what the hell does this have to do with Tyson and reits? Well, both leaved a little to be desired and neither quite turned out the way we desired. The fight if you watched it is self explanatory. Reits on the other hand was yet again given yet another false start. The whole perception of the Trumpy high inflation recessionary outlook has yet again impeded the bond narrative. So where does that leave us now? I'm gonna say in no man's land. Slow choppy grind sideways with a reasonable trading range. I have contemplated a serious trim as I still have winners but will concentrate in other areas and continue to collect fairly decent yeild. While this may not work for everyone it's still ok for me. If we take a significant drop if bond yeild brakes 4.5 heading to 5, I might just add. Cash flow is good and I can still get growth in other areas. I am in the Lobby using one finger here which is not my thing. Time to end this. Wish you were all here as they say........well almost all!!

Stay good,

DZ
