The REIT analogy is good because quality often requires a little bit more research and insider knowledge about the sport in question.

I was surprised to see such incredibly accomplished athletes as Serrano and Taylor on the same ticket as that joke fight.  Exceptional technicians both at the top of their game.  I switched off before the "main event"

there's a lot of noisy garbage in the REIT world.  Quality often goes unnoticed.
