Minto call, useful listen

Minto just sold a 1973 Ottawa building at $69 million ($285/door) high 3 cap rate.

On the call Jonathan Li said he thinks he could sell every building tomorrow at NAV.

Also spoke of a number of sales Minto saw on residential apartments, mid to high 3 caps.

Seems bullish for Impact.

Narrative and reality are two different thing. Apartments still have a bid under them.
