RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:not impressed at allRight, so basically you are saying it's not actually the form of consideration - debt vs equity - that you have a problem with, but you don't like the deals in themselves.  They are not sufficiently accretive.  Well, time will tell - the potential is there for government funding catch-ups and also increased occupancy and efficiency that will add to the accretion from the get-go.

As you point out yourself, long-term care is the space to be in, because of the demographic tailwinds.  The result is that assets are not as cheap as you would want them to be.  Why would sellers give us a deal?  

The company needs to be bigger to attract insitutional support, and therefore I support their strategy.  To be honest, I think you are making mountains out of molehills.
