RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:G&A - What is reasonable ?Your point appears to be that they should have bought back shares instead of buying back the preferred.
Not too sure how it can make them cash flow positive as they still would have have to pay the increased interest on the preferred without a regular inflow of revenus.
Selling GMIN remaining assets : Goodman will probably do it when the hold is over and it is profitable for the company. He did it for Precious Metals.
You refer to jr mining shitcos. This is the whole Dundee strategy : making investments early in promising jr mining shitcos, continue with follow through investments as required for the most interesting projects, sell the investment when it reached full or close to full valuation. Wash, Rinse, Repeat. This requires that they keep some dry powder.
If you do not buy the strategy and believe they should sell all the shitcos, liquidate the assets except for TauRx and buy back all the shares they can, this is fine. You are in for TauRx. But it will not happen and we are not looking that the company from the same angle.
So, what would be reasonable G&A ?
