RE:RE:Morgan Stanley, Barclays, BMO and RBC Capital marketsThose shares were all dumpted into clients accounts through distribution. That's how my EX Wealth Manager bought some in placed them in my account. The individual account mangers were probably bonused on moving the shares and getting them off the books of the underwriters. Many individual investors ended up holding the bag on LSPD. Morgan Stanley, Barclays, BMO and RBC Capital markets never kept the shares, but earned a great fee and the profits on the trades. Trust me they are in the green on the deal. So they don't care what LSPD may get sold for.
I still remember the call from my EX Wealth Manager after the Spruce Point Report came out, telling me not to worry. Never Deal with Richardson Wealth.
